Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order (if ordered before 11 am) or the next working day if after 11 am or at the weekend.

Our deliveries within the UK mainland are sent with tracked Evri (formerly Hermes) services. Please note that orders placed on a weekend will be posted the following Monday.

Evri delivery costs are as follows:

<1 kg = £2.66
1-2 kg = £4.40 (Standard 2-3 days) or £5.50 (1 day)
2-5 kg = £5.80 (Standard 2-3 days) or £6.90 (1 day)
5-10 kg = £6.98 (Standard 2-3 days) or £8.08 (1 day)
10-15 kg = £8.60 (Standard 2-3 days) or £9.71 (1 day)

DPD delivery costs are as follows:

>5kg = £17.39 (1 day)

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. So you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, for a full refund or part exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags and in its original unopened packaging. When opening a return request, we will require your order number.

Damages related to delivered order
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right as quickly as possible for you.

Non-returnable items
Please be informed that we cannot accept returns on personalised items, multi-packs that have been separated, or frozen goods. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
